The Role:

Investment Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Manager to join our team remotely and drive our current and prospective investment activities in Southeast Asia.

  • Collect, analyze, and manage impact data from portfolio companies to measure progress against sustainability metrics
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned portfolio companies
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies to accelerate their growth
  • Screen and evaluate potential investment opportunities across the climate tech ecosystem in Southeast Asia
Key Responsibilities

Investment & Portfolio Management Activities (30%):

  • Impact Data Collection and Analysis
  • Portfolio Company Support
  • Strategic Guidance
  • Investment Opportunity Evaluation

Investor Relations (40%):

  • Facilitate Communication with Limited Partners
  • Develop Fundraising Materials
  • Prepare Quarterly Reports

Fund Operations (30%):

  • Contribute to Investment Strategy Development
  • Refine Investment Processes
  • Stay Current on Market Trends
Requirements

Professional Attributes:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics and startup ecosystem in Southeast Asia
  • Proven ability to build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem partners
  • Prior experience in climate tech or related sectors

This is a full-time remote position. Relocation assistance is not available for this role and compensation is competitive for the market the candidate is based in.
