Senior Project Manager

At Eteam Workforce Private Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, develop detailed project plans, and identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Project Execution and Monitoring: Lead project teams, monitor project progress, manage project budgets, and identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Ensure projects meet quality standards, conduct regular project reviews and audits, and implement and manage risk management processes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, prepare and present project reports, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of project metrics and performance indicators.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and coach project team members, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior project management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
