  • Collaborate with our founder to refine creative strategy and scale winning ad concepts

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in creating short-form viral content
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Direct-response marketing knowledge, particularly in ad copy, hooks, and storytelling
  • Familiarity with creator/UGC outreach and management
  • Ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative output
  • Take initiative to test new ideas and optimize for results
