Accounting Associate Job Opportunity

The company is looking for an Accounting Associate - Billing and Collections. The role involves providing financial information to management and clients by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports, and maintaining customer current accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts.">
• Process payments in a timely manner and follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment.">
• Investigate account history and current status to identify potential issues.">
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.">
• Ccoordinate with teams to resolve any disputes and provide support to customers throughout the collection and billing process.">
• Create and maintain accurate accounting/billing reports using QuickBooks.">

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.">
• At least 1 year of experience in billing and collections.">
• Proficiency in using accounting tools like QuickBooks and other CRM tools.">
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.">
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.">
• Ability to relocate to Cebu.">
• Strong time management, data entry management, and math skills.">
