Remote Financial Analyst

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team as a financial analyst working remotely. The successful candidate will assist in the development and consolidation of annual and mid-year budgets and forecasts, collaborating with cost center managers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. In-depth knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, and advanced formulas is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Budget Review: Preparing and processing cost center managers' monthly budget to actual review reports.
  • Budget Management: Assisting in data gathering, developing, and consolidating annual and mid-year budgets and forecasts, collaborating with cost center managers.
  • Variance Analysis: Conducting variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to think critically and provide valuable insights to support business decisions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.

Experience: One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or equivalent.

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
