We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Assistant Manager to join our team at RCN PH - Neo Career Group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, planning and budget control, as well as audit and accounting experience. They will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in these areas, while also leading a team and developing skills in accounting, treasury and inventory control.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, and having Certified Public Accountant certification is highly valued. Additionally, at least 10 years of related experience in the field is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Finance Manager in Financial Reporting, Planning and Budget Control
  • Leading a team and developing skills in accounting, treasury and inventory control
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Providing expert advice on financial matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
  • Certified Public Accountant certification (highly valued)
  • At least 10 years of related experience in financial reporting, planning and budget control, audit and accounting
