Role Overview

A senior full-stack developer is needed to build and deploy full-scale applications while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on building and maintaining dynamic frontends with React, as well as experience with Python (Flask) for production-grade code.

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running in async teams, has clarity, autonomy, and clear ownership. They must be able to work independently and unblock themselves or others without waiting for standups.

Key responsibilities include shipping reliable code, supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features, integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI, and owning core parts of the stack.

Job Description

The team is looking for someone to join them in delivering features that support advertiser compliance at scale. This involves working with a live product to ship faster and better, and owning core parts of the stack.

The role requires a calm, focused contributor who enjoys working across the stack and knows how to unblock themselves or others without waiting for standups.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
  • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong async communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
  • Comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases
Benefits

This position offers a fully remote position with contract-based employment with a U.S. company. The salary ranges from $4,000 to $5,000 depending on qualifications and experience. There are no formal benefits packages available, but a Company-paid Personal Time-Off plan includes Paid Vacation Time, Personal Days, yearly holidays, and Company-sponsored holidays.
