Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Trainer to join our team at RCN PH - Neo Career Group. As a Software Development Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to software development teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess individual and group training needs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Plan, prepare, and research lessons to ensure they are engaging and effective.
  • Organize and promote courses to ensure maximum participation.
  • Develop and deliver programs of learning activities to meet the needs of our software development teams.
  • Prepare teaching materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software development tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other trainers to ensure a cohesive training program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software training, preferably with specialized knowledge of MS SQL, Cloud Service, Visual Studio, Power BI, Android Studio, Network/Database, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, C#, and Python.
  • Certifications, such as the Certified Software Trainer (CST), are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train individuals effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to design engaging training materials.
