We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge AI-powered features for real-world impact. This is a remote-first role, with opportunities to collaborate in hybrid mode at our offices alongside cross-functional teams.

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building production-grade AI systems that blend state-of-the-art LLM-based agentic workflows with conventional machine learning to power next-generation credit-risk, early-warning and digital collections capabilities inside our Financial Suite (EFS).

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field (Master's/Ph.D. a plus).">
  • At least 3 years of experience building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production.">
  • Experience in financial services, credit risk, or banking is a plus.">
  • Proficient in Python, with strong coding skills and knowledge of async handling, dependency management, and testing practices.">
  • Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning methods such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).">
  • Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow for supervised, unsupervised, and time-series modeling.">
  • Familiarity with MLOps and observability tools, including MLflow, Kubeflow, LangSmith, or Langfuse, for managing lifecycles and monitoring models end-to-end.">
  • Solid theoretical foundation in statistics, probability, optimization, and ML fundamentals.">
