Job Title: Digital Building EngineerAbout the Role

The primary function of a digital building engineer is to oversee the delivery of high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion, effective communication of timelines and milestones, and verification that Clockworks analytics meets its role in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include delivering and supporting high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products, completing onboarding projects, conducting data collection service installations, troubleshooting diagnostics for automated fault detection, reviewing findings, and training customers on data connectivity and networking issues.

  • Deliver and support high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with teams to complete onboarding projects and communicate timelines and milestones.
  • Conduct data collection service installations, data discovery, and organization, and troubleshoot diagnostics for automated fault detection.
  • Review findings and validate results reported by software, and train customers on data connectivity and networking issues.
Requirements
  • A degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field, or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.

Familiarity with metadata applications such as Project Haystack and proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.

This is an entry-level position requiring self-motivation and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies. Regular salary increases based on performance and tax-free allowances incorporated in pay are offered.
