Responsibilities
  1. Develop and oversee BIM strategy across select projects, ensuring high-quality results while working closely with BIM Leadership on pilot projects.
  2. Lead project staff and processes related to BIM implementation for project controls, driving automation and efficiency.
  3. Coordinate complete model life cycle development and functionality, including 3D, 4D, and 5D models.
  4. Review and validate construction models, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  5. Provide valuable insights from virtual models throughout a project's lifecycle, utilizing models and visualizations for presentations and reporting construction progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Minimum 15+ years' experience in BIM implementation, with extensive understanding of Common Data Environment platforms like BIM 360 and ProjectWise.
  2. Highly proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Premier Pro, 3Ds Max, and Sketchup.
  3. Proven track record of managing a team of BIM modellers and establishing strong working relationships.
  4. Experience in developing 3D models for visualization, Design exposure to 4D models linked to project schedules, and 5D models to support estimating efforts.
  5. Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
