Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. As a key member of the Group FP&A function, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly trading profit and trend reports for senior leadership and the board.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Work autonomously to interrogate and produce reports from the Hubble finance system and post journals in JDE.
• Collaborate with divisional finance teams to understand performance and provide insights to the FP&A team and the business.
• Drive improvements and recommendations to process and reports where appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires:
• 5+ years' experience working in accounting, finance, audit, or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems is desired.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
