Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hub Lead to join our team at Shopee Manila.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Oversee daily hub operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures, policies, and regulations.
  2. Lead team briefings, conduct weekly staff meetings, and regularly assess team performance.
  3. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve customer escalations.
  5. Coordinate with agency coordinators to manage and support agency teams.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
  • Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in the Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
  • E-commerce fulfilment experience.
