Medical Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Medical Manager to oversee the performance of our virtual assistants and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, planning, and problem-solving for Medical Client-VA pairs to meet client-set targets
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability
  • Assist clients in growing their businesses using Global Medical services
  • Address client needs and concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, escalate issues, negotiate etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a degree in a medical or healthcare-related field
  • Hold at least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management (familiarity with operational processes)
  • Be highly proficient in the English Language (written and oral)
  • Display ability to work under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals in a team environment
  • Exhibit self-motivation, focus, organization, and a growth mindset
  • Demonstrate ability to think outside the box and create solutions when necessary
  • Efficiently utilize MS Office applications and Google Suite
