Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch paid campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging expertise in Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Social to develop strategies, test creative concepts, and analyse audience segments.
  • Implement customer journey funnels across all stages of the customer journey.
  • Analyse campaign data to inform optimisation and performance improvement decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform changes, trends, and best practices in paid media.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising, with expertise in Meta and Google.
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from $5K to $50K preferred.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign objectives, and creative testing methodologies.
  • Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and campaign optimisation.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Availability to work during Australian business hours or with significant overlap.
