This position involves managing petty cash, performing data extraction from e-commerce platforms, handling sales invoicing and AR monitoring, tracking inventory, and assisting with government compliance tasks on a seasonal basis.

Main Responsibilities:Finance Responsibilities:
  1. Petty Cash Custodian:
  • Ensure accurate disbursement, replenishment, and reconciliation of the petty cash fund.
  • Maintain records of petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
  • Monitor accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Handle countering and reconciliations related to customer payments and receipts.
Data Extraction from E-commerce Platforms:
  • Regularly extract and compile sales data from various e-commerce platforms.
  • Prepare reports on sales trends, fees, and commissions for internal reporting purposes.
Inventory Extraction & Monitoring:
  • Monitor inventory levels by extracting data from the system and performing regular inventory counts.
  • Generate reports on stock levels, movement, and discrepancies.
Government Compliance & Licensing (Seasonal):
  • Assist in securing necessary permits and renewing licenses with local government authorities and regulatory agencies on an annual basis.
  • Ensure proper documentation for compliance with government regulations.
