We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounting Staff to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Encoding sales and return transactions from various supermarkets.
  • Updating portals and monitoring online payments for supermarkets.
  • Generating and encoding stock return reports provided by audit.
  • Checking balances and adjustments of sales invoices versus total amounts received from all supermarket accounts handled.
  • Filing received and delivered invoices for record-keeping.
  • Encoding variances of SKU's purchase orders delivered versus SKU's not served/not delivered.
  • Monitoring and renewing contracts of lease for plants, head office, and branches.
  • Preparing requirements for business permits, BIR registrations, and other regulatory compliance.
  • Assisting in preparing documents for internet application and closure.
  • Monitoring petty cash for office expenses.
  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of requirements for permits and certifications.
  • Preparing secretary certificates, authorization letters, request letters, and special power of attorney documents.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.
