Job Description
- Operations Excellence
This role is responsible for achieving operational excellence in Global Business Services – Philippines, ensuring seamless delivery of business requirements. - Team Leadership
The successful candidate will lead a team of supervisors, analysts, and document representatives, inspiring and motivating them to achieve exceptional results. - Process Development
Develop and implement process improvements, working closely with the Operational Excellence Team to drive continuous enhancements. - Stakeholder Engagement
This role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably in an international setting.
- Proven track record of success in a shared services environment, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of import and export procedures, as well as other supply chain disciplines.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience managing a team of at least 50 members.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
