Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Finance Leader to join our team. As a key member of our finance operations service offerings, you will be responsible for leading large-scale business transformations, delivering process assessments and design recommendations, and implementing shared services operating models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance workstream within a large-scale business transformation project
  • Deliver as-is process assessments and to-be process designs, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Design and implement finance shared services operating models
  • Conduct business case analyses for shared services, outsourcing advisory, and operations transformation projects
  • Support client account teams in business development, including leading RFP responses and solution development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and networks
  • Apply S&C and CFO&EV methods, frameworks, and assets to deliver solutions to clients
  • Contribute to the development of S&C and CFO&EV practice capabilities and solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of end-to-end finance processes, particularly Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report
  • Strong experience in finance process improvement projects, finance transformation, target operating model design, and setup or implementation of finance and accounting shared service centers
  • A basic understanding or working knowledge of leading finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, etc.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills
  • Possibly a CPA, MBA, or similar designation
