Audit Specialist at Job Matchmaker

We are seeking a diligent Audit Specialist to join our team at Job Matchmaker. As an Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for examining reports, records, and project/transactions of department/business units to verify their accuracy through a regular system/site check.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
  
• Examines reports, records, and project/transactions to verify accuracy
  
  
• Conducts spot/random audit to ensure compliance with existing policies
  
  
• Handles and monitors incident reports, issues sanctions based on policies
  
  
• Assists during annual/scheduled wall-to-wall inventory check and validates results
  
  

Requirements:

• 
  
  
• Graduate of Accounting or Industrial Engineering or any related course
  
  
• 3 years related experience
  
  
• Microsoft Office Apps, Accounting Systems (QERP) and BIR
  
  
• Organized & knowledgeable in Government compliance
  
  
• Keen in detail, punctual, result-driven, reliable and trustworthy
