Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop, debug, and operate cloud-based applications, including ordering system applications
  • Provide engineering support on end-to-end problem resolution and root cause analysis
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and showcase your ability to innovate
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and overall development
  • Manage code repositories using GIT for efficient version control and collaboration
  • Break down complex business and system problems into modular, maintainable solutions
  • Plan, develop, and implement automated tests using Robot Framework and industry-standard tools
  • Define and communicate a long-term technical vision while remaining adaptable to evolving business needs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five to ten years of experience developing and maintaining back-end applications using Javascript, React, and Python
  • Five to ten years of experience in API Development using AWS Services like Lambda and RestAPI
  • Five to ten years of experience in Agile Development, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure
  • Five to ten years of experience in Unit Testing, Test-Driven Development, and code reviews

Bonus Qualifications

The following qualifications would be highly valued:

  • Experience with container environments (Docker, Kubernetes, or DockerSwarm)
  • Experience with real-time stream processing using Kafka
  • Experience in AWS Public Cloud
  • Linux and/or Agile certification
