Enterprise Software Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned software development leader to drive the creation of our flagship platform, the EO Command Center. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to build and own a product that will support thousands of businesses.

This is a full-responsibility position where you'll have the freedom and accountability to develop, deploy, and evolve a comprehensive platform for enterprise operations management. You will work closely with company leadership to translate business objectives into technical deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of building SaaS products end-to-end.
  • Technical expertise in modern frameworks, cloud platforms, database design, and third-party API integrations.
  • Experience designing secure, scalable systems for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Leadership skills, including ability to work autonomously, make key decisions, and take full ownership of deliverables.
