Administrative Liaison Specialist

Seachamp International Export Corporation is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Documentation/Liaison Assistant. This exciting role offers a unique blend of administrative and liaison responsibilities, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage company documents, contracts, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and digital records.
- Verify document completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in drafting correspondence, reports, and official documents as needed.
In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and communicating with government agencies, suppliers, and business partners, representing Seachamp International Export Corporation in various capacities, and following up on pending applications and documents.
RequirementsApplicants should possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience with document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable. A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential qualities for success in this role.
