Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Remedial Account Officer to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing delinquent consumer loan accounts through timely, efficient and effective telephone and field collection, asset recoveries and/or other forms of loan resolution.
Key Tasks:
- Manage delinquent consumer loan accounts from 61-90 days past due and above.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to mitigate, reduce and resolve Past Due Loans (PDL) and Non-Performing Loans (NPL).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the loan lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Experience in handling past due consumer loans from early bucket to litigation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
