Marketing Coordinator Role

We're seeking a creative and versatile Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves juggling multiple tasks, including content creation, social media management, persuasive copywriting, basic infographic design, and providing support for SEO and GEO tasks.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging content, including articles, landing pages, and social media posts, that are optimized for SEO and GEO.
  • Design visually appealing infographics, carousels, and short videos to enhance shareability and LLM quotability.
  • Plan, write, and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit, engaging with comments and tagging relevant voices.
  • Draft newsletter items summarizing weekly key insights.
  • Dedicate time to self-study, tracking algorithm updates, exploring new tools, and sharing takeaways with the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Native-level or fluent English with strong copywriting and editing skills across formats.
  • Working knowledge of content marketing, social media management, basic design tools (Canva/Figma), and foundational SEO.
  • Familiarity with GEO concepts—structured Q&A, snippet optimisation, source authority—or a proven ability to learn them quickly.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning about marketing trends, algorithms, and AI technologies.
