- Handles daily inquiries from assigned clients by responding to requests, such as credit line increases and account maintenance, while reviewing and processing credit card applications.
- Begins to develop knowledge of internal and client-specific policies and procedures through training and assisting experienced Credit Specialists.
Requirements
- College graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Acquires and applies job skills and knowledge to complete routine tasks.
- Works on assignments that require limited decision-making outside of stated processes.
- Has a working knowledge of credit bureaus and reporting.
