We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our team at Hunter's Hub Inc. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software development life cycle, from planning to deployment.
About the RoleThe Quality Assurance Expert will be responsible for understanding and complying with defined and agreed software development life cycles and CMMI standards. They will also collaborate with Manual Quality Analyst II and/or Senior Manual Quality Analyst to develop effective strategies and test plans.
This role requires strong analytical skills, communicative competence, and a good understanding of software development life cycles, including Waterfall and Agile Development. The ideal candidate should have experience in writing test cases and test scripts, as well as knowledge of QA testing tools and different test design techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and comply with defined and agreed software development life cycles and CMMI standards.
- Collaborate with Manual Quality Analyst II and/or Senior Manual Quality Analyst to develop effective strategies and test plans.
- Apply appropriate test design techniques in writing test cases.
- Write clear and precise defect reports based on testing results.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA procedures and guidelines.
- Bachelor's or College degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least one to two years of working experience in Quality Assurance and/or testing.
- Strong analytical skills and communicative competence.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles, including Waterfall and Agile Development.
- Experience in writing test cases and test scripts.
- Familiarity with QA testing tools and different test design techniques.
