Job Summary

The position of Internet Support Specialist requires handling inbound calls from hotel guests, staff, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure quality internet connectivity.

  1. Respond to guest inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and educate on internet usage.
  2. Report network outages and call drivers for prompt resolution.

TIER 2 Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze unresolved reported issues from Tier 1 team members.
  2. Make outbound calls to resolve customer complaints.
  3. Troubleshoot down equipment and adhere to escalation procedures.
  4. Coordinate with hotels for posting internet fees and follow up on disconnected calls.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with a neutral English accent.
  • Flexibility in working a rotating schedule and on-site.
  • Familiarity with internet fundamentals is beneficial.
