**Your Role**

As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the Assistant Treasurer and Technical International and Technical Local staff in their daily tasks. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive reports, developing and coordinating presentation materials, and processing borrowing-related invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the weekly TDFD Management Report and maintain accurate funding transaction data.
  • Develop and coordinate presentation materials for investor meetings and roadshows, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
  • Prepare detailed briefing notes for TDFD-related meetings, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
  • Process and analyze borrowing-related invoices, ensuring prompt payment and approval.
  • Coordinate meetings and visits by rating agencies, and support budget review by examining requirements related to business travel, staff consultants, representation, overtime, and other administrative expenses.
  • Update the division's Roadshow Database to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned and reflected in your workplan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and strong collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a solid grasp of common word-processing, spreadsheets, and graphics software used in multilateral organizations.
  • Familiarity with the Treasury Department's function and purpose, including standard formats and procedures used in performing the division's work.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment on confidential matters and those requiring immediate attention, particularly in the supervisor's absence.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and processing.
