Technical Support Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced technical support professional to lead our team and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Technical Support Lead, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical issues, mentoring junior engineers, and providing expert guidance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-priority technical issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on technical matters.
  • Document and maintain technical knowledge base to ensure consistent and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing role or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT and at least 4 years' experience in service or customer-facing role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in senior or escalation role.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of popular operating systems, networking protocols, cloud platforms, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with databases, scripting languages, and DevOps tools.
