Key Responsibilities:- We're seeking a skilled sales professional to promote and sell our Ecobloc Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) products to clients in the construction sector.
- This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- You'll have the opportunity to conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages of AAC materials.
- Collaboration with our Technical Support Team is essential in providing accurate product information and addressing client inquiries.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets is crucial for success in this role.
- You'll identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive growth and revenue.
- Providing after-sales support ensures client satisfaction and fosters long-term relationships.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions is vital for future reference and improvement.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in construction sales or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Knowledge of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) products is an asset.
- This role requires a goal-oriented individual with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for collaboration and effective decision-making.
- Travel may be required for client meetings and site visits.
