Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Draft and review contracts, agreements, and addenda related to buying, selling, or leasing properties, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Negotiation: Act as the primary point of contact between buyers and sellers, negotiating offers and counteroffers while ensuring that clients' best interests are represented.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is beneficial.
  • Licensing: A valid real estate license is essential, including passing exams and completing required continuing education.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and market research skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
