Job Overview

Starlight Business Consulting Services Inc. seeks a highly skilled Senior Secretary to manage its internal affairs, oversee external relations, and ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
    Offer high-level administrative support to executives and department heads, focusing on efficient time management, report preparation, presentation, and correspondence.
    Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments while organizing confidential files and documents.
2. Internal Operations Management
    Supervise daily office operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies, coordinating with various departments to optimize workflows and processes.
    Monitor office supplies, budget, and procurement processes.
3. External Relations and Government Coordination
    Serve as the main point of contact between the company and external stakeholders, including government agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance and facilitating necessary documentations.
    Establish and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and business associates.
4. Compliance and Documentation
    Maintain accurate documentation of company records, contracts, and regulatory requirements, tracking deadlines and supporting compliance teams.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field, extensive knowledge of office procedures, government regulations, and compliance, experience working with government agencies beneficial, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, high level of discretion and professionalism.
