Social Media Manager Job

This is a full-time, remote role for a Social Media Manager. The job involves creating and executing compelling content strategies for various social media platforms, managing online brand presence, and coordinating with influencers for collaborations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of social engagement metrics, and a deep appreciation for beauty and skincare trends. You will work closely with creative and eCommerce teams to support campaigns that elevate brand awareness, product trust, and user engagement.

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies for multiple platforms
  • Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (with a focus on Instagram and Reels)
  • Plan and publish content in line with monthly campaigns and product launches
  • Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure high-quality visuals and content
  • Identify, reach out to, and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Track influencer deliverables and performance
  • Engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and story interactions
  • Report on engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data

We are looking for someone who has experience in social media marketing or influencer management, particularly in the beauty industry. Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and beauty brands is essential.

Key Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or influencer management
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience using tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of influencer outreach strategies and UGC collaboration management
