Job Title

A strategic content leader is needed to spearhead the creation and execution of engaging brand experiences across digital platforms.

This role combines innovative storytelling with data-driven insights to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and business growth.

The ideal candidate has a unique blend of creative vision, analytical skills, and technical expertise to develop and implement compelling content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with each brand's goals and customer journey.
  • Create and edit high-quality, on-brand content across various formats (blogs, social posts, email, etc.).
  • Manage content calendar: Plan, schedule, and track content production and publication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams and subject matter experts to craft valuable, insight-driven content.
  • Oversee content creators/affiliates: Manage freelancers and vendors to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Monitor and analyze performance: Track key metrics to evaluate impact and continuously improve content strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience creating and managing digital content.
  • Educational Background: Preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English with a proven portfolio; strong writing and editing skills.
  • Able to conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to written content.
  • Experience managing and growing communities on IG, TikTok, and/or FB.
  • Able to translate brand goals into compelling narratives.
  • Comfortable with creators and data.
