We are looking for a professional who can perform account receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking. Additionally, we need someone to monitor contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, banks, tenants, contractors, municipalities, etc.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis, managing data entry, and overseeing bank reconciliation process.

Furthermore, we require someone to gather data for the preparation of monthly reports to track company financials, prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents.

Maintaining strict confidentiality of company books and records is essential for this role.
