As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills and provide exceptional customer service to our guests and visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the meeting room bulletin board and ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are maintained in a clean and organized state.
  • Process and distribute incoming mail and packages, handling deliveries and pickups as necessary.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including preparing materials and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of office and medical supplies.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
