At Solid Lyndelle Manpower Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular workplace safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the ESHS Committee and Department Heads/Managers to ensure a cohesive and effective safety management system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or background.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS legislations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
Working Context:

The Safety Officer will be based at our head office in Mandaluyong City and will be required to conduct field work as necessary.
