Job Description

This is a permanent employment opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to work on various projects, including the construction of a cement plant in Batangas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that field installations conform to engineering standards and practices.

The role involves providing accurate specifications for equipment and machinery, evaluating quotations for supplied equipment, and providing technical assistance to consultants, suppliers, and customers.

A key aspect of this position is the ability to develop and maintain safe working habits and effective control monitoring systems. Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee the implementation of engineering tasks and activities, perform planning and scheduling, and conduct on-site inspections to validate designs and drawings.

As a Mechanical Engineer in this role, you will prepare purchase requisitions and bill of materials, submit accomplishment reports, and patrol equipment to identify any abnormalities. You will also manage maintenance records, develop annual maintenance plans, and procure spare parts.
