We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Accountant to oversee accounts payable activities and maintain the general ledger.

The ideal candidate will establish and implement standardized financial workflows, processes, and internal controls to enhance accuracy and compliance.

They will also contribute to month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

A strong understanding of US GAAP standards is essential, and CPA certification is a plus.

The candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end accounting activities and financial reporting.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setup are required.

This is a full-time and long-term role dedicated exclusively to serving one client.
