Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Agile Team to write automated acceptance tests, covering Acceptance Criteria and ensuring quality for each increment.
  • Monitor and understand the impact of tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
  • Develop and apply Quality Assurance Best Practices within the team, ensuring necessary tests are available in the pipeline for every release.
  • Participate in Incident and Problem Retrospectives, ensuring action items are closed to prevent chronic issues.
  • Track Technical quality KPIs, metrics/KPIs for improving platform and delivery, regarding quality and performance, and key QA Metrics like Total Number of Open Bugs and Time to Resolve.
  • Assist in developing tools or Proof of Concept (POC) to support the QA strategy.
  • Advocate for the Test Strategy and ensure the Agile Team adheres to quality standards.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance.
  • Experience in test automation using Java, Typescript, or any other object-oriented development language.
  • Experience in GIT tools like GitLab or GitHub.
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles, and CI/CD methodologies.
  • Good understanding of containerization technologies such as Rancher and Docker.
  • Familiarity with test approaches: acceptance, API and performance testing.
  • Familiarity with analysis and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Allure.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
