">Job Summary:
- Create a monthly cash collection projection for our clients.
- Assist customers in establishing monthly goals for collection and describe the team's methods for setting priorities.
- Track the team's daily performance in relation to the goal and control expectations or obligations from stakeholders.
- Attend client or interlock meetings on behalf of the team and help the manager of operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder with at least 7 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable.
- At least 3 years of Team Leader role experience and experience working in a BPO/IT company.
- Amenable for night shift work schedule and work on site.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of Php 70,000 - Php 90,000 (negotiable depending on years of experience).
