Job Description:

As a key member of our team at A&A Outsourcing Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our Human Capital Management Software (HCMS) for our clients. This includes:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing client payroll rules and ensuring compliance with DOLE regulations
  • Staying up-to-date with changing DOLE rules and updating the software accordingly
  • Running payroll for clients and developing Excel back-ups for calculation
  • Automating payroll on the HCMS for all current clients
  • Handling existing and new client data migration
  • Ensuring successful onboarding and implementation of HCMS for all clients
  • Collaborating with internal and client teams to resolve roadblocks
  • Defining project plans and ensuring timely completion
  • Interacting with clients through site visits and maintaining a good rapport
  • Resolving client concerns and promoting loyalty
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Officer in a Software as a Service Company, leading at least 5 Implementation Analysts
  • 2 years of experience in software implementation
  • 2 years of experience in calculating payroll for multiple clients
  • Knowledge of updated DOLE rules
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Willingness to travel for business trips
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
