Customer Success Specialist

As a key member of our team at A&A Outsourcing Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our Human Capital Management Software (HCMS) for our clients. This includes:
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing client payroll rules and ensuring compliance with DOLE regulations
- Staying up-to-date with changing DOLE rules and updating the software accordingly
- Running payroll for clients and developing Excel back-ups for calculation
- Automating payroll on the HCMS for all current clients
- Handling existing and new client data migration
- Ensuring successful onboarding and implementation of HCMS for all clients
- Collaborating with internal and client teams to resolve roadblocks
- Defining project plans and ensuring timely completion
- Interacting with clients through site visits and maintaining a good rapport
- Resolving client concerns and promoting loyalty
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Officer in a Software as a Service Company, leading at least 5 Implementation Analysts
- 2 years of experience in software implementation
- 2 years of experience in calculating payroll for multiple clients
- Knowledge of updated DOLE rules
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Willingness to travel for business trips
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
