Paraplanning Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanning Specialist to support our financial planning team.

The ideal candidate will have experience preparing comprehensive Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs), conducting product comparisons, and performing strategy modelling in areas such as superannuation, insurance, and pensions.

• Prepare detailed SOAs and ROAs in line with compliance requirements.
• Conduct thorough product comparisons and strategy modelling for superannuation, insurance, and pension products.
• Assist in the setup and structuring of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) for property investment.

1. Diligently prepare comprehensive Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs.
2. A seasoned professional who can conduct product comparisons and strategy modelling for superannuation, insurance, and pension products.
3. A highly organized individual able to assist in the setup and structuring of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) for property investment.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a paraplanning role.
• A strong understanding of financial planning principles and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with financial planning tools such as Xplan, Midwinter, and AdviserLogic.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to model financial strategies effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

• Be available for meetings and collaboration during core business hours.
• Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work. We do not allow our candidates to have multiple clients at the same time.
