Responsibilities:
  1. As an Administrative Sales Support professional, you will be responsible for managing sales schedules, filing documents, and communicating important information to the sales team.
  2. You will ensure that all sales-related equipment and materials are adequate, respond to customer complaints, and provide after-sales support as needed.
  3. This role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales queries and deliveries.
  4. You will inform clients of any unexpected delays or issues and handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. While experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative roles is beneficial, it's not essential. You should possess good computer skills (MS Office), be well-organized, and have a strong aptitude for problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also necessary.
