Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain 3D models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create detailed BIM models
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications
  • Assist in clash detection, model coordination, and design conflict resolution
  • Create and manage families, templates, and parametric components within Revit
  • Generate construction documents, shop drawings, and detailing as per project requirements
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure design accuracy and model integrity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
  • Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and/or MEP systems
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant design software
