This position is accountable for driving the crop master planning process and managing the full life cycle of the product from concept to launch, ensuring successful delivery of results.
Crop Management- Identifies and establishes the brand positioning of products within the crop portfolio, aligned with the overall marketing strategy of the country and group.
- Develops strategies to build and market the brand through various marketing programs and activities.
- Takes the lead in collecting data regarding market and competition trends, practices, and issues related to our crops from multiple sources of information.
- Consolidates, analyzes, and summarizes data, providing recommendations to concerned departments for action.
- Manages top-line sales forecasts, profitability, and product portfolio strategy in terms of volume, value, and product mix.
- Plans operating budgets and ensures spending is controlled or kept within allowable limits.
