The Role

Your primary responsibilities will include developing, monitoring, and maintaining WordPress websites.

  • Create comprehensive testing plans and quality practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Implement a consistent change deployment process to streamline our development workflow.
  • Develop interest in learning non-WordPress technologies like Node.js, Azure Infrastructure, automation tools, and AI.

Your Background

  • Demonstrate 1-3 years of experience in WordPress development, preferably with plugin and theme development.
  • Showcase 1-3 years of experience in WordPress deployment processes, preferably using Git and CI/CD.
  • Highlight your expertise in Test Driven Development or similar quality and testing practices.
  • Exhibit knowledge of responsive design and custom scripting.
  • Be Cebu-based for hands-on training.
  • Bonus point if you have knowledge of Node.js.
  • Able to be in the office at least once a week.
