About the Role

  • This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining System Applications and Products (SAP) master data, creating, modifying and deleting general ledger accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, profit and cost centers.
  • The ideal candidate will also handle Integrated Hospital Information Management System (iHIMS), ensuring timely completion of tasks and efficient system operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains the integrity of SAP master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborates with ICT division in conducting User Acceptance Tests to ensure seamless integration of new features and updates.
  • Provides support in generating statistics and other data needed for financial and management reporting and analysis.
  • Prepares monthly and daily extraction of iHIMS reports as required by different departments under finance.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Accountancy or other business course.
  • Proficient in finance, accounting, and automated financial reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
