Join a fast-moving U.S.-based compliance startup as they build tooling to help Meta advertisers stay within ad policy guidelines and avoid costly account suspensions.

We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to jump in and own features from day one, playing a critical role in delivering products that support advertiser compliance at scale.

Your day-to-day will involve shipping reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React, supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features.

  • Integrate with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI
  • Work independently, while syncing with the team lead and the broader product team

This is a hands-on IC role for someone who thrives in async teams, can hit the ground running, and cares about velocity without compromising code quality.

About This Role

You'll be working on a live product, helping it ship faster and better. You'll own core parts of the stack, and you'll be part of a remote-first team that values delivery over drama.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
  • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong async communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with Crew AI or similar AI orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with Numpy or other scientific Python packages
  • Understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms
